The Enumclaw School District is excited to introduce a new tool for communication between families and schools: Rooms. Rooms is the Enumclaw School District's new messaging system. It gives you a place to receive messages from your student's school and teachers and communicate directly with them. Rooms also automatically translates messages in real time into the home language you have selected in Skyward Family Access, making it easier for families to receive and understand school communications in their preferred language. Parents, guardians, and middle and high school students can access the Rooms messaging system through the Enumclaw School District app or online at www.id.thrillshare.com.
Since you are listed as a parent or guardian in Skyward Family Access, your Rooms account has already been created for you.

FAQs
Q: I didn't receive an invitation. What should I do?
A: Please review the contact information listed for you in Skyward Family Access. In order for a guardian account to be created in Rooms, each guardian must have a unique email address and/or phone number. If two guardians share the same email address and phone number, the shared contact methods can not be used to create both accounts. If you and another family member share the same email address and/or phone number in Skyward Family Access, please reach out to your building's Office Manager (elementary) or Registrar (secondary) to update your contact information.
Q: I would rather use a computer. Do I need to download the app?
A: While the Enumclaw School District app is the simplest way to access Rooms, you can sign in on a browser at www.id.thrillshare.com. You can communicate with your student's teacher from here, too.
Q: How does my secondary student get access to Rooms?
A: Students may download the same Enumclaw School District app and log in with the district-assigned Google single sign-on to gain access.
Q: I am a staff member and guardian; why can't I log in?
A: Staff members who are also guardians will use both the Apptegy and ESD apps. When you are acting in the role of a staff member as a teacher, coach, or advisor, use the Apptegy app. When you are acting in the role of a parent or guardian, use the ESD app. You can find additional information in the Employee Portal.
Q: I forgot or don't know my password for Rooms. What should I do?
A: Use this link to reset your password.
Q: I get an error when trying to send a message through Rooms. What should I do?
A: Remove the district app and reinstall it, then try logging back in. If you're using the web, clear your browser's cache, close the browser, then open it and try again.
Q: Do I still need other apps like Remind or ClassDojo?
A: The district has phased out other optional tools, such as Remind and ClassDojo, so families won't need to juggle multiple communication apps.
